TROUT: Originally introduced to Australia, trout are a freshwater fish popular with local anglers, and now widespread throughout much of south eastern Australia. Usually caught by fly fishing, trout are a challenge to catch and good fighters. Hand carved from Australian native hardwoods by Paul Buckland.
